20 Days Explore Uganda & Rwanda – Gorilla & Wildlife Safari.On this tour,you will trek the gorillas in Rwanda & Uganda & also have a thrilling wildlife viewing. Day 1: Arrival at Entebbe airport and transfer to the Hotel / Lodge:

Day 2: Transfer to Murchison Falls National park.
Our tour guide will pick you up from your hotel at 8.00am and drive North-East through the famous Luweero Triangle. Reaching Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary at around mid day. If you’re interested you can go Rhino tracking which takes about one hour. After tracking you will continue to Masindi Town, lunch break at Kabalega Resort /New Court View Hotel. After proceed to the park stopping at the top of the falls which is an incredible sight. From here you will continue on, taking a ferry to cross the river up to your desirable Lodge.Game viewing on the way is very good; look out for hippos, crocodile elephants, and buffalos among other animals seeing grazing around the sand bank arriving at the Park in the evening. Day 3: Game drive and launch cruise:
After a cup of tea or coffee, the guide will lead you to the forest to watch a variety of animals that hide out with in the tropical forest. The forests are famous to be a home for over 70 mammal species such as jackals, hyenas, giraffe, lion, antelopes, elephants, the Uganda Kob, warthogs, leopards, and buffaloes, among others. After a wonderful moment drive slowly back to the lodge for a full breakfast and lunch. After lunch and relaxation, you will go for a boat trip up to the bottom of the great Murchison Falls. Day 4: Murchison Falls-Kibale forest National Park.
After a gorgeous breakfast you will be driven through Masind, Hoima towns to arrive in time for lunch in Fortpotral at mountains of the Moon Hotel or its equivalent. The journey from Murchison to Kibale takes about 7-8 hours drive. After lunch proceeds to Kibale Forest National Park which is about 35 kms from Fortportal arrive in the evening at the park for dinner and an overnight stay at.

Day 5: Chimpanzee tracking and Nature walk in Bigodi Swamps:
Have an early morning breakfast, report to a ranger station at 8.00am for a short briefing about chimps tracking. Tracking can take half a day searching for chimpanzee and other primates. These amusing apes, more closely related to humans than to any other living creature, are amazing to watch as they play in fruiting trees. The guide will provide information to all forest’s fauna and flora to ensure that the walk is enjoyable and useful. Other primates such as black and white Colobuses, the rare L’hoest monkey, bush baby, bush back, baboons and mammals like elephant, butterflies can be seen. And bird lovers also have a chance to see various species of birds like the yellow spotted nicator, rumped tinker birds among other. Come back at the hotel for lunch and relaxation. Day 6: Transfer to Semuliki National Park Evening game drive.
After breakfast you will be transferred to Semuliki National Park which is about 2-3 hours drive up to the Park. This drive will take you down the Eastern side of Lake Albert situated in the Basin of Western Rift Valley up to the Park arriving in the afternoon. This is the only Park in Uganda where you can do a spot lit night drive. You may came a cross several species of animals such as leopard, big cats, the white tailed mongoose and slender mongoose, standard night pennant winged night jars, plus several species of birds depending on the time of year. Day 7: Transfer to Queen Eliizabeth National Park.
Early in the morning after a cup of tea/coffee you will be leaving Semuliki National Park to Queen Elizabeth National Park. You will drive through an attractive green countryside eventually ascending the Western Rift Valley to Fort Portal. From here you will continue to the Park. En route game drive to see herds of elephants, antelopes, Uganda kob, buffaloes among other. Arrive at the park in the afternoon for lunch. In the evening go for a game drive to catch up with a variety of animals that rush to their hideout .You will have chance to see leopards, buffaloes, Kobs ,elephants, lions and many more. Day 8: Chimpanzee tracking and launch cruise
Have an early cup of tea/coffee, leave for the 7.00am chimpanzee trekking in Kyambura gorge. This may give you chance to see various primates most especially Chimpanzee our closest relatives and many more other primate species such as, Black and white Colobus monkeys, baboons vervet monkeys and many other wild animals that live in the forest such as , buffalo, hyenas, antelopes, warthogs to mention but a few. A slow drive to the lodge is made for lunch and relaxation by the side of the pool. After lunch, you will embark on a two hours launch cruise along the famous Kazinga Channel and into Lake Edward. The launch cruise will gift you with a chance to watch a thousand of hippos and crocodile that concentrate around the Lake. You may also came across a variety of games drinking at the water’s edge such as Buffalo, warthogs, elephants and a great variety of birds on the shores including the open –billed stork, African Jacana, Great White and Pink-Backed Pelicans among others. Day 9: Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest:
After a beautiful breakfast, we will embark on a drive to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. We will drive through the Southern sector of Queen Elizabeth known as Ishasha, Enjoy lunch by the Ishasha River. And try to spot tree-climbing lions before you proceed to Bwindi N.P home of the few surviving mountain gorillas in the world. Bird lovers are also gifted with over 345 species of birds it supports 24 of 26 Albertine Rift Endemics that occur in Uganda, arrive at the park in the late afternoon. Day 10: Gorilla tracking in Bwindi forest National Park:
After an early breakfast, proceed to the Park Headquarters for a briefing before go Gorilla trekking. The time you take to get to the Gorillas is very unpredictable because they keep on moving as they search for food. It may take between 2 to 9hours. A reasonable degree of fitness is required as well as a strong pair of walking shoes, together with packed lunch and water. After, a guide will lead you to the forest to begin searching them, gorilla tracking is regarded as the most exciting and memorable activity on earth. Day 12: Gorilla tracking in Volcanoes National Park
After taking your breakfast, you will be transferred to the park headquarters for a short briefing about the dos and don’ts while with gorillas and also meet your ranger guide. After, get accompanied with a ranger guide who will lead you to the forest to begin the activity of looking for these intelligent and giant apes for the group booked for. The time spent searching for these giants is unpredictable as it depends on their movements, but ounce you come across these gorillas you will forget all the troubles you have passed through and begin enjoying watching them while doing their day today activities like feeding, playing and mothers feeding their young ones. You can take photographs as well. The 1 hour spent with them is so rewarding. Day 13: Golden monkey tracking:
Have breakfast and then after report to the park headquarters to get briefed about golden monkey tracking. After you will head to the forest together with your ranger guide to begin the searching. These golden monkeys are the most endangered primate species in the volcanoes and tracking can take between 1-7 hours. Ounce found you strictly allowed staying with them for only one hour. Other primates are also expected to be seen during the tracking such as the Olive Baboon, Grey-cheeked mangabay among other plus also various species of birds. Day 14: City tour and then Cross the boarder to Uganda –Lake Bunyonyi
Early in the morning after breakfast you will first visit interesting places in Kigali such as the genocide memorial centre, museum centre, cultural centre, the local art and crafts shops, and other interesting places in Kigali. Have lunch en route and then after cross the boarder to Lake Bunyonyi, the deepest lake in Uganda. This is the bird’s heaven it hosts a wide range of small birds in all types so bird watching is satisfying. It is because of the very many little birds that leave around the lake shores from which the name suggests Lake Bunyonyi. This area is often called “Little Switzerland of Uganda” and boosts one of the most beautiful parts of the country. Day 15: Bird watching and Canoe ride to explore Lake Bunyonyi
Walk up leisurely in the morning for breakfast; after go for bird watching expect to see a variety of birds some of which are rare to other National Parks. Day 16: Depart to Lake Mburo

You will have lunch at the Park. On the way to the Park you are likely to spot some wildlife, like impalas, topis, warthogs, zebras and buffaloes. Check in at your Hotel, after checking in you will go for boat ride on the lake and it will offer you an opportunity to view a variety of species such as hippo, crocodiles along the shores of the Lake, bird lovers will also have the advantage of enjoying a variety of bird species that include, Black crake, pelicans Cormorants, Fish Eagle, and the rare shoebill if lucky among others. Day 18: Kampala City tour and then transfer to Ngamba Island
Wake up leisurely in the morning and have breakfast, then after go for a city tour which will take you to the Uganda museum, art and craft markets, Kasubi tombs( the burial ground for three Buganda kings, Gadaffi Mosque and many more interesting sites in the city. Enjoy lunch in the city and then after transfer to the shores of Entebbe, from here you will take on a boat or a ferry which will take you to Ngamba Island and the journey will take you about one and half hours. The Island was purchased to provide a home for rescued chimpanzee and to create awareness of their plight. If you arrive early, you will go for a nature walk on the island with the young chimps and have a close encounter with the chimpanzee. Dinner and an overnight stay at Ngamba Island Camp/Camp site

Day 19: Forest walk
Have breakfast and then after take a forest walk. It’s an interesting walk as the chimps climb on you, walk hand by hand with you or pull you hair. This is an interesting moment spend all that time with our closest relatives the chimps that differ from human by only 1.3% of their DNA make up. In the evening you can watch them how they are fed and you can also join the feeding group dinner and an overnight stay at Ngamba Island camp/Camp site.

Day 20: Departure
Walk up leisurely for breakfast after, you will be transferred to Entebbe international airport to meet your departure flight or you can be transferred to your Hotel/ Lodge depending on departure flight.
